GT DW850cc injector issue

Drove all day yesterday breaking in the clutch. Did base and easy datalogs for the tuner. Then last evening I was warming the car up for the wot pull and the tune changed, engine stopped. After some looking around I found fuel in the tb inlet hose. I suspect the oring between the rail and tgv is compromised.
