Gex Posted April 4, 2016 Share Posted April 4, 2016 Well first off you need to check the health of your motor with a compression and leak down test. If the turbo grenades catastrophically then there is a good chance metal fragments circulated through the motor destroying your block. If the turbo just started to die there is a good chance the motor is ok. Pull the oil pan check for glitter. If none present you probably just need a new turbo, oil cooler, and pcv valve. Also check the banjo bolt filter on the back of the passenger side head to make sure it is clean and free of debris. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
