This thread has lots of info: http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/5th-gen-exhaust-236990.html Most or all of the GT catbacks will work, but I seem to remember that some of them produce a nasty drone on the H6. Fredrik used a j-pipe before the resonator to help reduce drone and judging by his video, it sounded pretty good. There's some math to working out the j-pipe length.
