1990 Legacy LS

I have a 2 part question. I have looked through the threads and I can't seem to find an exact answer for what I need.

Vehicle: 1990 Legacy LS AWD 2.2 manual trans sedan

 

part 1: what other years/ models have strut assemblies that will be a direct fit to my model?

 

part 2: Do you have any recommendations for better weight capacity on the rear end (i.e. using wagon shocks, thicker springs, etc)

 

I apologize if I am asking a question that has been asked before, I just couldn't find an answer from what I looked through.
