It feels like the switch isn't connected to anything and feels very flimsy... If you can point me to a walk through or maybe give me a run down on how to get it off that would be nice. apexi Posted February 17, 2016 Share Posted February 17, 2016 http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/door-panel-removal-sound-deadening-install-pics-20069.html From what I remember, you just remove the screws from the highlighted areas, then gently pry the door trim away from the door until you hear all the plastic clips pop out. After that, I think you lift the door up and back towards your body. After that, unhook the door latch and lock cables from the behind the interior handle on the door trim. Unplug any electrical connectors, and you should be good. I can't really explain how to unhook the door cables, but it should be straightforward once you have the door trim popped off. I think there's a plastic door covering where the cables connect to the handle/lock, and you just pull the cables out from the 2 U shaped brackets, then pop the ball end of the cables out of their places.
