JaQuan15
Guys I bent my control arm ... Tuesday afternoon on lunch break I decided to try and drift around a corner with a little bit of snow and ended up hitting a curb that was a little less that a foot high ... I brought my car to the mechanic yesterday because working on a car in 20 degree weather in Connecticut is a bummer and said I needed to replace the control arm , bushings and tire rod :/ ... The beast will be out of commission for a couple days unfortunately .

RumbleRumble
^^^ Why I also choose a parking lot with no curbs or anything in the way. A empty parking does not only mean no cars.

RumbleRumble
shit man.... Not sure if the car was on the street when that happened but in NJ if it is on the street and a plow damages it they won't do anything about it.

I would cause the biggest stint at the DMV or something and have the state fix the car. that is bull It's a whole situation bro .. I talked to the claims lady and she said it'll take a couple weeks because it's the state we're dealing with unfortunately . I'm assuming they'll total it out due to the age and the fact that's it's 2nd body hit to the back .

RumbleRumble
well if you were in the car and driving it then it is his fault. If it was parked on the street overnight then in NJ it's your fault. (illegal to park on snow covered street)

JaQuan15
Aww that looks bad. Yes it's unfortunate with the weather we've been experiencing up here as well . I recently put a tarp over it until I repair it . Looking at getting another Subaru soon , that accident kind of tripped me out .
