braveheartBG
Hi guys, I am having issues with my Legacy GTB 2.0 twin turbo. At the end of the box, I have one grey cable with white connector which I dont know where to connect. Do you know where it needs to be connected? http://media.snimka.bg/s1/5043/036330373.jpg?r=0 http://media.snimka.bg/s1/5043/036330374.jpg?r=
johnegg
auto or manual? the location suggests an o2 sensor, but the connector does not. speed sensor on for the manual trans? i think that is located on the driver side of the trans, somewhere? braveheartBG
Hi, THe car is with Automatic transmission and has only one O2 sensor located on the exhaust manifold . The exhaust pipes are the original one and there is no free mount point for a O2 sensor nearby . On all the pictures that I find in the internet , this cable is disconnected. I have issues with the transmission- Blinking power light which indicates a problem code. Thank you in advance
johnegg
just a guess, since you are in bulgaria, and since you have no rear o2 sensor, and since all the pics show it disconnected.... maybe the harness can handle a rear o2 sensor, but your market / country, does not require a rear o2 sensor. cheaper to use the same ''in stock'' harness than a different one, but also cheaper to not install a rear cat with an o2 fitting. they just did what was easy to same a few $$$. just a guess. have you figured out how to read the trans codes? do you have a check engine trouble light on? how does the engine run.? how does the car drive? is it doing any thing weird ? the most common problem associated with a blinking AT Temp light at start up is a bad Duty-C solenoid. it is in the rear extension housing of the trans, and sends power to the rear wheels. and usually causes Torque Bind when it goes bad. torque bind causes jumping, shuddering, skipping of the tires in slow tight turns. but it could be any of several electronic issues in the trans. read the trans codes. there are a few engine codes which will also throw a trans code, like TPS, throttle position sensor, for one. others possible. braveheartBG
THank you for your response. I found that this is for the temperature sensor. The car is made for Japan and imported to Bulgaria. I converted it to Left hand drive .
