We know the 3.0 will bolt right in the 818 despite the 818 being designed around the EJ 2.5 255-257 series. In looking at 3.6 parts I see the Tribeca 3.6 in all years uses the same side mounts as the 3.0 Legacy 4th Gen. But the 5th Gen Legacy with the 3.6 uses a new front mount and revised side mounts. I'm guessing the front mount and side mounts are new for safety/crash reasons and not performance? Can I use the Tribeca 3.6/ Legacy 3.0 side mounts on ALL year 3.6 blocks? Thanks!
