apexi
Which fuse is blowing? I think there's one fuse for the passenger headlight, and one for the driver headlight in the engine bay. I would check the driver headlight fuse there, unless that's the one you're referring to.
quick4dr
I had an HID kit with harness, drivers side stopped working. no flicker just dead. stuck in regular bulb and its dim. removed HID both sides, passanger is perfect drivers dim. only common link is relay, and bulb socket. blows the fuse under the dash
whitetiger
get your multimeter out and start checking continuity and resistance from one component to the next.

whitetiger
indeed. if you remove the bulb with the relay in and the fuse does not pop when activated, check the voltage across the bulb plug. if its low, you may have a short to power somewhere. apexi
I would check fuses 6/7 under the hood first http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/dim-head-light-problem-239494.html?t=239494
quick4dr
so... 1 new relay and 2 blown fuses later. all lights are good with normal function. not sure what fried everything but... not gonna worry right now. during my normal pre winter maintenance coming shortly im gonna clean all grounds, check harness and few other treatments.
