leighos Posted September 27, 2005 Share Posted September 27, 2005 I have a '94 Legacy RS twin turbo (JDM BD5 with an EJ20H) and since i've owned it, it has always had this very annoying low RPM hesitation problem. At first it was intermittent, and then got noticably worse. I took it to a local Subaru mechanic who tested coil packs etc, he relocated the knock sensor to the inlet manifold and all was back to normal (slight hestitation at full load, intermittently!). Eventually i bought a new knock sensor and fitted it back on the block where it belongs, its still hesitating and missfiring! what else could it be?
