I got the top & bottom terminals back probed and I'm reading 5.18 volts through out the whole range of throttle. I just picked up a brand new Hitachi TPS and still getting the same. When I disconnect the plug and check the voltage on the 2 outer terminals I get the 5 volt reference voltage when the key is turned on. I'm at a lose... Bad TPS pigtail??? any ideas?
