2manysubies
Don'f flame me, it's my STB X-wifes decision. She has decided to convert her 05 LGTL SW, to Outback suspension for clearance to her new home. (Dirt road/major snow). My Question is this. What alignment specs should be used in this situation? New Struts, springs and Bump stops ordered for an 05 Outback Wagon, all 4 corners (man this is making me sick...) any suggestions would be appreciated. Again, not my deal, just wanna make it safe for her and her Passengers. Note, retaining LGTL spindles, steering and brakes. Searched existing threads...No Joy. Sarli
I remember seeing here a whole thread about lowering an outback to LGT hight... and all parts necessary, etc, was all in there. Good luck with project!
Rhitter
What alignment specs should be used in this situation? Use the same alignment specs as before. The stock Outback alignments are stupid and I am pretty sure call for positive alignment. All you need to do is install the struts and springs (I probably wouldn't bother with the bumpstops) and get it aligned. My OBXT build
