Can actually tune many fuels!

E-10 & MTBE blends

91 acn, 91, 92, 93, 94.

and most oxygenated race gas fuels, E-85, etc.

What do you need to run E-85? Technically nothing since all autos after 1996+/- were equipped to handle "ethanol blended" fuels. However, your fuel system will be limiting your potentially due to the increased flow needs of E-85. What you need depends on your setup, and in generally you'll need some 30% more fuel compared to E-10 pump gas. To help estimate your requirements you can use our online power estimator.

Make sure your on the web version (not mobile) and select E-85 for the fuel. Watch for where the "restriction" label moves around too. If your turbo is the restriction then your all set!

Be aware that E-85 is a lot more corrosive then other "ethanol blended" fuels like the E-10 pump gas you likely buy. So check the parts you buy, and verify there compatibility. I believe this is covered online and maybe on here as well. For purposes here regarding tuning I will discuss the required amount of fuel assuming you have proper equipment.

Now back to E-85 advantages... It is rated ~105 octane and since you have 30% more fuel in the cylinder things tend to be cooler. This allows more boost and timing to be run and creates lots more power! There are summer and winter blends of E-85 similar to E-10 fuels. So some headroom is left for variance. We will also support the tune as long as you haven't changed the setup, if you did you simply pay and update fee and move forward.

* Lifetime tune for a given setup, fuel, and relative altitude. If you for example change you setup or move from sea level to 5000ft you will have to pay a revision charge ($50).

You will need a TA tune for pump gas before moving to E-85.
