Input on fixing minor cosmetic damage?

I recently purchased a 2001 Subaru Legacy GT 5 speed manuel. Great car, but I did notice some minor cosmetic damage after the purchase. Is not a deal breaker, but I would like to replace these parts. Below are pics of the damage. Any info on how I would go about fixing this?

(images 2-4) The silver/black lining around the window seems like some sort or taping? How do I go about replacing this? Price?

(image 1) Side fender, where can I purchase this specific part? It seems like an easy snap on part.

the wheel garnish is p/n 91012AE310NN and appears to be unpainted and $51.32 from Subaru (MSRP)

the big piece of trim is p/n 63531AE01A and lists for $102.45 from subaru. I would guess you could cover it with black vinyl, though, to replace the cover which was peeled off - or maybe even plasti-dip (folks use that to cover chrome trim all the time here)
