edek Posted September 12, 2015 Share Posted September 12, 2015 Hi, i have a couple of Osram Super bright 100/80 watts and whant to run them on my 94 gx Legacy.....do you know if there is some caution to think about ?? i have a couyple of relays too......my dubt is if the wires and sockets will burn out or some other matter could occur .... Is someone using this lamps on the forum ?? thanks in advance... edek Posted September 13, 2015 Author Share Posted September 13, 2015 I´m thinking to weld the wires to the lamp sockets and use some terminals to conect the original socket to the relays.....doin that way if a lamp goes burn i could return to standard conection.. GTEASER Posted September 18, 2015 Share Posted September 18, 2015 You will want to use heavy duty ceramic sockets for those bulbs, and definitely relay them with heavier gauge wire. I believe you can get the ceramic sockets from www.superlumination.com.
