Slow
I searched the forum real quick but couldn't find anything, go ahead and ridicule me in the comments. Anyways, I saw the wheels I wanted on craigslist for a good price but I'm not sure how well they'll fit. How does a 18x9 with 225/40 tire do with a lowered car and how much camber is normally used to get it fitted comfortably. All 4 corners have been rolled and very slightly pulled. Thanks! rebourne
I've been collecting info on a similar fitment for my obxt. I'm pretty sure it'll work, with no more than -2.5 camber. You didn't say how low you are, but I'll assume with a roll and pull, you're lowered. Probably much less than 2.5 camber, but I'm playing it safe. Go check em out. pic thread build thread
rebourne
From my notes, here's a reference: http://legacygt.com/forums/showpost.php?p=3882250&postcount=67 He's on 18x9.5 +30 with 225, which I assume to be 40 series looking at the stretch. So 1/2" narrower wheel and 5mm less offset of the setup you are looking at should be more than good with your roll and pull. Post pics if you get them, or even if you just test fit them! pic thread build thread
Slow
Thanks for the help. If I buy them I'll post a pic of the result for sure.
Drift Motion
"lowered suspension" can mean a lot of things springs? coils? spring rates? manufacture of the tire(as not all 225s are the same)? fender modification?
