JoeJITSU Posted July 18, 2015 Share Posted July 18, 2015 My tuner was using OpenSource and he couldn't figure out why we only were able to get 13.8 psi on Boost. gto7419 Posted July 24, 2015 Share Posted July 24, 2015 You should be able to only install a new turbo. Ircc, we, (obxt) got the tdo4 and you should be able to get a nice conservative tune on an lgt turbo or a vf52 without needing any other parts. On the other hand, you should def be able to pull more than 14 psi on that stock turbo. Tuner is doing something wrong or your car has issues. serx7 Posted July 27, 2015 Share Posted July 27, 2015 So your tuner's map is calling for 19 psi but you're only getting 13.8? Grab a Learning View or do a quick datalog @ idle to see what AF Learning #1A, B, C, D are. If those are substantially 'off', a leak could be the suspect.
