bcmaxx
Where would one aquire new turboes and gaskets for a 99 legacy b 4 ? A friends brother purchased one a few days ago and had turbo failure yesterday. Or is it simpler to swap to a single turbo setup?
GTEASER
Hahaha, you can't really swap those to a single turbo. Sometimes you can find stuff on Ebay, but usually only full Twin Turbo motors. What is the turbo number? VF??? GTEASER's 2012 Legacy GT - Sold GTEASER's 2009 XTeaser - Sold GTEASER's 1992 Legacy SS - Sold

GTEASER
That would likely be the best bet. Get in touch with this member, he rebuilds turbos and does a great job. http://legacygt.com/forums/member.php?u=10316 GTEASER's 2012 Legacy GT - Sold GTEASER's 2009 XTeaser - Sold GTEASER's 1992 Legacy SS - Sold
USLiberty
I've rebuilt a Journal bearing turbo before, it's not hard. You should be able to find a rebuild kit and YouTube videos with instructions.... Unless the turbo is beyond repair.
