Bay Area: Koni Insert Install

Just got konis installed, new brake rotors, brake pads, F LCA w/ whiteline bushing, R UCA with whiteline bushing installed.

Yeah, I already have some smoke film to put on the tail lights and yellow vinyl to put on the fog lights. I still have a whiteline 20mm swaybar and some endlinks to install. Next would be spark plugs, air filter, whiteline tie rods, and maybe more tinting on the windows.

Sorry, I didn't post here cause I didn't think anyone would be interested to keep up with my installs lol.

Stock set-up: no rub

 

Aftermarket: 18x8.5 with 245/40/18 rubs in the rear inner fender when hitting large bumps. I probably shaved off the plastic so it wont rub anymore.

I just picked up a set of donor springs And shocks currently piecing my setup together, this thread is very helpful

Almost a year later, I finally have all of the parts needed to do the swap sitting in my garage! The plan is to build the shock setup before the weekend, and install saturday on my birthday. New suspension setup would be a great present.

 

Im going to pickup a pipe cutter from home depot on my way home from work -
