Does anybody have stories about good products coils from '04'07 impreza/WRX coils? Also, do I need top hats to make them work? Thanks. Sorry. 98legwag Posted March 14, 2015 Share Posted March 14, 2015 You might be able to get more info on sl-i.net. It is more geared towards older Legacys. I am not sure about coilovers, but 02-07 wrx and 04 STI struts and springs will bolt on a 2nd gen. I have 02 wrx wagon struts/springs/top hats on my 98 legacy. Its a nice upgrade. Most come with top plates, which obviates the need for top hats. Thanks for the reply. Um, 02-07 wrx front sway bar will not fit. Turbo cross members are different from NA cross members.
