KustomRider845 Posted January 31, 2015 Share Posted January 31, 2015 Hey guys, I'm going to check out an 05 and 06 LGT with roughly 100k miles Are there crucial things to look at and make sure? besides the condition of the turbo and if the timing belt/water pump has been done. OBPLGT721 Posted January 31, 2015 Share Posted January 31, 2015 You should definitely know what has been done to the car. When you see and test drive the car, you'll wan to look for some things. Examples include: 1.) mods 2.) Leaks/smells such as gas and oil. 3.) Major repairs (motor rebulid, hg, etc.) 4.) Noises when driving the car, such as a hum. 5.) Repairs to body, whether its been in an accident or not. Also, is the car from a dealer or private seller? Either way, try to see what the service history is like.
