Will a 1997 Outback 4EAT Swap into 2002 Forester? Phase 1 trans in Phase 2 Vehicle?

I have an extra 4EAT and found a 2002 forester that needs a trans. Need some help finding out if the trans i have will fit. It was pulled from a 1997 Outback wagon.

 

TZ102Z2CBA-DT is the plate number on the trans i have. Im going to look at the Forester today as it is local and was going to pull the trans plate # off that one for reference.

 

 

Looked at the forester. Its trans is the TZ1A3ZC3AA-PM
