Subframe brace and rear front arm bushing

Hey guys, excuse the ignorance on this. I'm a long time WRX guy. I just bought an 05 LGT and had the car on jack stands a little while ago. Did these cars come from the factory with a subframe brace (u brace) like the WRX's did? Or did the previous owner remove it and leave me without?

 

I also have a slight hum coming from the front, I previously thought it was wheel bearings, which I guess it could be however they are still tight. What I did see was the rear bushings on the front lower arms look torn when the arms are at full drop. Is this a common issue, and is there a bushing replacement for it?
