trav
Does anyone have long term experience running a high flow catted dp? What kind of life span do they have? Asking about miles/years. These are not cheap in my book. My plan is to replace the exhaust pieces with performance bits as needed. My car came from up north so the exhaust is already rusted heavily so I will start from the back, work my way up.
Akasa
I'd imagine they would last as long as any OEM cat. My dad's STI has been running a high flow catted downpipe for, probably about 7 years at this point, and it's still there. The muffler components on his Greddy exhaust have started to disintegrate though.
KartRacerBoy
I've has a hfc on my 05 LGT since it was at 15,000 miles in 2006. I'm now at 130k miles and no problems 8 yrs later.
