Cedric Posted November 9, 2014 Share Posted November 9, 2014 Hey everyone. I just picked up the "Platinum Burners LED Series" 2.75 in. fog lights from Walmart. I tested them and like how bright they are and tomorrow I am going to install them. One thing I love about Subarus is that the headlights automatically turn off and on with the car and would love for my fog lights to do the same. Now if I where to splice the fog lights into the wires for the low beams of my headlights would there be any problems? If I remember correctly, creating a parallel circuit drops the resistance so I was curious if that would cause anything bad to happen. Thanks! gtonstilts Posted November 9, 2014 Share Posted November 9, 2014 The head lights turn off with ignition, however unless they are always switched on only the daytime running lights come on wither the key.
