kensap2
The cobb ap v3 resets during high rpms when data logging. It logs up to 5k rpm and than the screen turns off and comes back on after a second, but not logging. Everything on the screen got reset, everything before the blackout was saved. ap is less than 5 months old, bought new. Was working normal when i first got it. I called cobb and they said it was the cable, they sent me a new cable the next day. Still won't log. I tried just displaying one gauge on the screen, still doesnt work. Now cobb is telling me its the obd on the car. The obd ii port is tight and don't see any damages. Ap cable is plugged all the way in the obd and the ap unit itself. The ap was never droppe or missed handled, looks like new, the screen protector from factory is still on there. Another thing, the ap doesn't power off somethings. Cobb said Wait 10seconds with the car off, but only works sometimes. What's you guys input on these matter?? Is my ap a bad unit??? Thanks
