Winesalot
The AC Compressor on my 95 is frozen. When the AC is off the clutch disengages and the belt turns great but when the clutch engages the compressor won't turn and the belt screams bloody murder. New compressor is out of the budget and I haven't been able to find one from a wrecking yard. This leads me to the question of being able to rebuild mine. It is just a pump, after all. Anybody done this? (Yes, I know I have to have the R134A removed before I break the lines and before I recharge it I need to put a new dryer/receiver on.) mailman
You can change out the clutch easy enough I think, if you have a pully strap to hold it while undoing the front bolt. I might have a compressor for a 95, I will check
