sneeky Posted October 4, 2014 Share Posted October 4, 2014 I'm losing coolant, but I am not seeing any noticeable leaks or puddles. MrTris Posted October 5, 2014 Share Posted October 5, 2014 Check the coolant galley drain plug for signs of crusty/leaking coolant from the block. This is the port that connects to the oil cooler, which is what the oil filter is screwed on to. Take a look at the connections in that area; those little elbows carry coolant from the block, to the oil cooler, and the to the coolant crossover pipe, which, depending on where you live, should be inspected for signs of rust and/or corrosion and replaced, if necessary.
