Gbrown Posted June 27, 2014 Share Posted June 27, 2014 Hello all, My 1995 subaru readiness monitors (C, O, and E) reset and start the tests all over everytime I start the car. johnegg Posted June 27, 2014 Share Posted June 27, 2014 it's the same software as 96. but no one knows about the 95 readiness issue because the 95 was not required to be obd2. so 95s are not tested the same way as 96. because almost all other 95 car makes are odb1, and the issue never comes up because you cannot plug in to them. did you fail a test? tell the guy the 95 is not required to be tested. he may be doing just because it has a port.
