pulzar Posted June 14, 2014 Share Posted June 14, 2014 Got a violent jerking/bucking in high rpm at 3rd an above gears. Jerking starts when the boost gauge gets up around 14psi. Got no cel lights. spooln30 Posted June 15, 2014 Share Posted June 15, 2014 Usually when the boost reaches the preset psi the ecu will cut the fuel not boost. Do you have a boost controller? Not sure but is 14 psi stock boost? When my Supra had the 7m engine fuel cut was 15 psi and on colder days it would FC often. It was a violent bucking. pulzar Posted June 29, 2014 Author Share Posted June 29, 2014 Had a stab in the dark an pulled a code (not thinking there was one, as never seen the light go off) it's come up with a maf sensor code. Only just replaced it less then a year ago. Also didn't realise when it starts jerking the revs drop a little for a split second.
