JayInVA
Title is pretty self explanatory I think. Just got my subie back after having the short block and most of the front end (pulleys, belts, idlers, water pump, etc) replaced. I drove it about 25 miles before getting a steady CEL with blinking cruise control light. The problem is, I can't pull the codes! The OBD2 scanner won't connect. I tried my cheapo bluetooth code reader first but then tried 2 other readers at different AAP stores. I checked and I don't believe the fuse is blown. All of the cigarette lighters work and my bluetooth reader lights up when plugged up so I know it's getting power. It just won't actually connect? Any ideas? JayInVA
Yeah that's the next step (tomorrow or Friday if I get the chance). Just wanted to pull the code myself to get a general idea of what I'm dealing with.
RallyMachine
My guess is probably a system too lean code which would be indicative of a vaccum leak...
