Geckoboy86
Hello, I have an outback sedan 3.0R. I currently want to lower it only a little bit to get rid of wheel gap, so we are only talking about 1"-1 1/2". I still want to keep with my 225/55R17 tires. I've seen that a lot of Wagon owners swap springs to GT springs while maintaining Outback Struts to achieve this. I figure its gonna be the same process on the sedan but does the 3.0R engine create any issues with this due to the weight?
b4wantab
You tell us? The H4 turbo is around 325# and the H6 is around 360 (i believe). I lowered my 05 LL Bean Just as you mentioned. My front went down 1 1/4" the rear went down 7/8". I had new KYB Outback struts all around. I would expect your front to be 1/4 to 3/8" lower than your back. Peace, Greg
