Part throttle boost still lean on ecutek stg2?

Not sure if my stage 2 tune is supposed to fix part throttle afr's or what. I'm new to this car and bought it stage 2.

 

I finally got my wbo2 and boost gauges installed. I'm getting 14psi usually and full boost afr seems ok at 11.8-11.6. But part throttle acceleration showed me the car stayin in closed loop and targeting stoic afr's even with map readings going as high as 5psi. I let out because I'm not comfortable seeing positive manifold pressure and anything leaner than 12.0.

It's like if I want to accelerate, I need to treat the pedal as an on/off switch to force it into open loop since the ecu doesn't try to go rich at low boost and part throttle.

 

Is this a common problem even after a tune?
