Moon1
I can't really find much info for FB25 engine with dual exhaust. I read in a threat someone said he read in a threat that dual exhaust messes up engines computer. If anyone has dual exhaust to their FB25 please can you give us some info if you have any problems or benefits with it. Thanks.

Direct bolt on (had to add exhaust hangers to passenger side). Runs and idles exactly the same. I will warn you that the Invidia has a bit of drone on our N/A cars, hence why I removed mine and replaced it with a stock GT mid/y pipe and Nameless ABE(below). http://i1292.photobucket.com/albums/b570/kirkland79/62356059-D19A-445C-B387-7ACBB85CFAB8-4880-000002C9AC23BEBD_zps83ce86cd.jpg

sbao26975
I've had both the N1 and Q300. N1 is way too loud IMO, and the Q300 sounded nice. However if you have the CVT I would recommend against either because the CVT likes to stay around 2k RPM which is a extremely droney RPM. That's the reason I ultimately got rid of it. Do you by any chance have a audio or video clip? I have a cvt 2.5i premium and looking to put a catback on soon. I have been looking at invidia products such as the Q300. I want to even out my rear because of the dumb cutout and add a bit more sound too it haha. Let me know or anyone!

Did you have a resonator in the midpipe? I had a little drone with my Borla and the resonator cleared that right out. I didn't, it was just the Q300 catback. I didn't want to spend any additional money on it and ultimately decided that a CVT with an exhaust sounds dumb to me. I have a auto cvt and hoping to get a dual exhaust and get some nice sound out of it. Does it sound bad with the Q300 or..?

Does it sound bad with the Q300 or..? Sure it sounded good when you step on it, but for normal driving the exhaust amplifies having the RPMs go up and just stay there. It just did not feel right to me.

bloodwingg2
NA's ecu will automatically relearn. So it does not have any problem if you are swapping the exhaust
