bochuck Posted April 1, 2014 Share Posted April 1, 2014 Hey everyone. I am trying to install the Jazzy mod and have a situation. I installed it pretty much the way the instructions say to even though the mod version I have doesn't match the instructions. After installing it the first time, everything works except the CD player. Wont even accept a disc. My intuition tells me to reverse the ribbon. I have attached a pic of the current configuration. bochuck Posted April 1, 2014 Author Share Posted April 1, 2014 Couldn't have figured it out quicker if my intuition was kicking me in the head. The ribbon only has contacts on one side on each end. The plug that the ribbon goes into only has contacts on one side. Matched them up and all is well. VF-52 and all associated bits tuned by Tuning Alliance.
