Our Legacy (2011 2.5i Premium) came with: - factory Bluetooth - media hub - sound equipment kit 3a (subwoofer and tweeter kit) - XM satellite radio kit What I want to do is: - rip out XM as I just don't care - rip out that terrible factory BT unit (this is what is driving all of this really) - replace the stock audio with a double-din unit; not sure that I care about navigation but I might - keep my steering wheel controls Now - I see that crutchfield.com sells the install kits, trims and all that. One thing I do not know of is - is someone selling something to put into the place occupied by the factory Bluetooth unit? Is my search kung-fu just failing me or there is not a thread (or a few) sort of walking through taking the dash apart and all that for the 5th gen? I find stuff for earlier gens... any pitfalls?
