klrtovfr Posted March 10, 2014 Share Posted March 10, 2014 I have an 07 4eat and picked up a 05 gt manual lsd differential. I noticed the c clips are also inside the differential but my auto axles they stayed on the axle. SO I removed the c clips from the axles but still cant get it in. Do I also need the manual axles? the part number for oem axles are 28421AG02C for manual gt and for the auto 2.5i its 28421AG00C Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
klrtovfr Posted March 10, 2014 Author Share Posted March 10, 2014 answered my own question, oreilly auto parts shows the auto as having 25 splines on hub and 22 on differential side while the manual is 25 for both sides, guess ill be going back the salvage yard.
