bazooka_joe_773
So I took on the task of putting a new clutch in my car over the weekend. I used to do auto body but had never done a clutch before. Everything went well for the most part... If anyone has gone the route of taking the transmission out they know the clearance to get past the turbo is non existent. When we put the transmission back in we had to pry the turbo slightly away from the engine. To do so I used a hefty pry bar between the turbo and engine hook point right next to it. So now for the problem: When I put new trans fluid in, it overflew from the dipstick because it wasnt getting air (rookie mistake). So it got all over the back of the engine and under it I'm sure. Did my best to clean it up. Took it to the "do it yourself" car wash and hosed it out really well....came back home and took a look and it looks like fresh trans fluid pooling up under the turbo. Has anyone had any experience like this, not sure if its just remnants of the oil spill or I busted a line on my turbo...can that be fixed??? Any help would be appreciated
