Outback xt 05/06 parts oem or aftermarket ?

So here's the situation,i found out a outback xt with some probleme but was under a second party warranty and the offered to pay for a rebuilt and turbo,becose the first turbo blew and contaminated the engine.

 

And the second parts should be changed to..

 

Clutch

Timing belt

Downpipe

Tmic

 

For those parts i should oem and buy them from the subaru dealers or should i go in the aftermarket ??

 

And which tmic is a bolt on upgrade ??

 

And when they rebuilt a engine with a new short block what do they change exactly ?? All the oil line and ocv valve that were contaminated are they changed ??
