mdotk Posted January 11, 2014 Share Posted January 11, 2014 Hey all, I just bought a 2006 Legacy GT and it has keyless ignition (ie have the fob in range and then press a button). The thing is all I got was one remote/fob with it (Turners Auctions). http://i.imgur.com/GQvu4Ue.jpg It also unlocks the doors etc and has a key that you can "extract" from within it. I guess this is for if you lock yourself out somehow, but it still couldn't be used to start the car as there is no ignition barrel. Can anyone give me some advice on where I can get a duplicate remote/fob made? I understand Subaru do them, but it's like $500. Bugger that! PS: I live in NZ and the car is a Jap import.
