2005 Legacy 2.5l Automatic transmission fluid replacement

Just looking at getting one of these http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Best-transmission-fluid-exchange-machine-ATF-3000-Auto-Gearbox-Oil-Exchange-Cleaning-Machine/1508878218.html to change the oil and oil filter in my 4 speed automatic ej253 subaru legacy wagon. Has anyone ever changed their oil with a pump like this, if so how did they go about it, what oil did they use etc. thanks

That's the type of machine that most shops use. And it's an expensive tool for a process that's relatively easy to do in your garage with simple tools and the proper amount of trans fluid. Recommend read the walk-through here. While it's for the 5EAT, the process is the same, and you'd essentially be disconnecting the same lines to connect the machine to the trans. Also, be very wary of any machine that "flushes" your trans. Drain and refill is the only way to go.
