Car is painfully slow. Help!

I still don't know what's wrong,

Tuned map: 68 g/s

Stock map: 80 g/s

Stock map minus some fuel: over 100 g/s (still feels just as slow)

This is outrageous. My 3500lb stock baja 2.5i with 257k miles is a lot faster than my newer 2.5i, both 5mt.

Oh man, I need help. No mechanic can figure this out and it's driving me insane.

I played with the egr valve just for the hell of it. I forgot to torque down the bolts fully and they loosened over time creating a giant vacuum leak. It messed up my idle, but my car could actually pull a lot harder. Then when I fixed the leak my car got slow again and the idle went back to normal. Could this mean my intake could be restricted? There is nothing blocking it up to the throttle body, intake panel is super clean, butterfly valve opens fully, and my car has no TGVs.

PROBLEM IDENTIFIED

My problem is ECU/ tuning related. I need my real base map. I have a 2005 Legacy 2.5i 5MT and it's a PZEV. I think my problem was trying to tune off a map I found online which probably was not the PZEV version. I don't want to go to the stealership and spend $175 for a reflash. I've got to find that map.
