subby
I found out that my front left spring and strut is broken and now I need a new one. Does anyone know any places in Queens ny where I can get a replacement in stores because I dont feel like waiting for shipping and how much would it cost for a very good one? Thanks a lot guys
iNVAR
what's wrong with your spring, and what happened to the strut? i don't have any suggestions for stores; i always order online. if you can drive it for a day or two, i would suggest ordering it from fredbeansparts.com from PA, should be here by wednesday if you let them know to ship asap, even with ground shipping. i have all 4 of my stock springs btw, and i'm in queens. if you want them, i'll let them go for cheap. but i can't help you with the struts. if you're just looking for cheap stock replacement, get KYB GR2. edit: also, I'm going to request the moderator to move this to the tri-state subforum. might get more responses there. idiot4hire
This might be a good time to Upgrade springs and struts. If not I think any shop can order quick replacement spring and struts that come already assembled.

I mean I have not notice anything, There would be noise of like my suspension sounding a little bit weaker and like having the squeeky sound when I would have high impacts. These Ny roads are not friendly at all for any car. What parts would I need for the whole assembly? I will consider meeting up and buying your springs. AZP Installs
I don't think we've ever seen a broken OEM spring on a subaru ever. We can ship you struts if you wanted to go that route. I'd be surprised if the spring itself was broken though. -Mike Paisan http://www.pbase.com/paisan/image/91072632.jpg http://www.pbase.com/paisan/image/145749898/original.jpg http://www.pbase.com/paisan/image/133406601.jpg http://www.whiteline.com.au/images/logos/perf1.jpg 11+ Years Maintaining, Modifying and Educating TriState Subaru Enthusiasts.
