FJuan
should the overflow tank over fill if the head gasket is blown? The first time the screw popped out, it was full. the second time it over heated, the over flow tank was empty. In most cases, yes. I had to refill my overflow tank just about everyday. When the hot exhasut gasses blow into the cooling system, it adds a lot more pressure to the system, forcing coolant to the overflow tank. Plus it creates air pockets through out the system, so it's important that the motor does not overheat or it could cause hot spots and damage the motor. Run your heater a full blast while your a stop to slow down the overheating. My wife's balls are delicious.
cal71919
Does the burp screw have a positive stop when tightening or do you just snug it down? (Don't mean to high-jack your thread.)
pleaidestar
Its plastic so it will kind of let you know its good to go. Use a #3 Philips screw driver and snug it.
