Gorilla_Douglas
What do you all think? I have an 2006 LGT. I want to change the exhaust but not sure what will work best. I have a Invidia catless downpipe into 3" pipe that goes into a 3" glasspack then at the axle I want to run straight pipe but what would be the best single 3", dual 2.25", dual 2.5", or dual 3"? I have ran dual 2.5" and a single 3"(with 4" tip sounds nice but doesn't run as smooth as the dual 2.5" did) Tomei UEL Header/Uppipe Cobb intake (bought with different aftermarket intake) Perrin turbo inlet tube (stock was cracked) Invidia catless downpipe 3" glasspack 24" body Cobb Tuner
idiot4hire
I am in for answers. wouldnt they all run smooth with a good tune? Impreza's run straight 3in and they have similar setups.

That's why I ran a 3" pipe but its not running the same. I'm either going to go with dual 2.5" or 3" but need advice on witch would be the wisest decision. Brett
there won't be any gains going to a 3" y-section. the dual 2.5 is enough.

prodrifterx
id stick with a single 3" from downpipe back or split the 3" single at the axle back and make the mufflers/dual piping 2.5"
