Shifter Bushings

Recommended Posts

Do the 02-07 WRX bushings fit the 97 LGT. I see everyone saying get the Kartboy or TiC bushings but they don't list bushings for the 97. I need the front and rear shifter stay bushings and the ones on the shift rod. Already ordered the u-joint from the dealer. Thanks.

They will all work. You might as well just buy a new assembly, as the factory units are not easily serviceable. Check out turninconcepts.com as they will have what you need. Shoot the guys over there and email and let them know what you have and need. They will make sure everything is right.

^that was a great help a while back, thanks kenny...they got me setup on my Sti shortshifter for my first gen wagon w/kartboy bushings and rear stabilizer. Just had to modify the stock shifter to fit in the upper linkage. Total cost was 40 bucks including the shifter that was pulled out of a saab aero.

I went ahead and ordered everything except the linkage update. Hope I get a chance next weekend to do this and the clutch.
