I doubt it's tires. I have the same issue. And it's the same on 2 different sets (Bridgestone and Continental).
Mine started not long after I've installed Perin Steering Dampener, but I don't think that's the problem.
I'm thinking something is off with either struts, upper control arm or springs.
I'm installing new lowering springs + rear hub assembly + new control arms. We'll report back when it's done.

Just FYI - it was wheel bearing that died. It was so bad, that when I tried to get it out, it split up.
After hammering for 2 days, the only way to get out the second part was to unmount the whole knuckle and walk to the nearest garage to use hydraulic press. They did that for 40$.
But when I was putting everything together, I've noticed that a dust boot on the upper control arm is cracked and grease is coming out. From what I read, that boot is not sold anywhere and I need to replace the whole arm as a unit. Is that true?

I'm almost certain that it's the wheel bearings, but still, need another pair of "ears".
When the wheel is turning, it sounds like a shopping cart. And from time to time a loud pop and loud squeak

No, unfortunately. I've been too busy lately. Well its good to know I'm not alone. What year is yours?
Mine is 2016. I've posted about this before not long time ago: last comment is interesting - will check when snow is gone:

Update:
I recently drove another 2017 Legacy and it was perfect. No weird pull to the right and didn't at all feel like something is off like with mine.
After reading this thread, I'm pretty convinced the issue lies in the steering components: https://community.cartalk.com/t/steering-is-harder-to-the-left-than-to-the-right/83146
I'll be taking it to Subaru for the final time in about a week and if nothing comes of it again than I'm not putting any more time and money into the car and moving on. Ill give an update.
Any update? I have exactly the same issue. Only one alignment was done and it didn't fix anything

My 2016 base model is acting weird.. Most of the time, it starts without any issues. After driving a few hours, it then struggles to start. Even thought it was struggling, it was starting. Only 2 times I had to make another attempt to start it when the first one didn't work.
It drives perfectly. No problems or lack of power.
Here is the video with the weird start ups:

The battery was replaced this spring. The spark plugs were replaced this summer. Oil change every 5K.
Note* - it happens very randomly. However lately is getting more common.
Did anyone experience something like this?

I replaced the same piece a few months ago and used this:

They removed a lot of old data to speed the site up and a lot of the data wasn't that useful. What was the archive of?
The archive was for Gen 6th forum.

Can someone please check if (and why) this archive was removed?

A very amateur question: is it easier to get just a coilovers? What's the difference between prices and complexity of the install if done at home (and the ride quality)?

My old spring was so compressed that there was nothing "springy" left out of it (basically the spring became a small metal tube) and I could not compare it to the new one.
I assume the new spring is stronger given the service bulletin issued

Yes, exactly (34130AL010)
Took me like 5 min to replace and that enjoying rattle over small bumps is gone

That's a pretty alternator I must say

No, the steering wheel was never removed.
Now I'm starting to think that shop did a poor job with alignment. It took like 15 min.

Actually the steering wheel is stock, just wrapped in leather

Hi. Not long time ago I've noticed that my steering wheel is not "dead centered" while driving straight. I didn't the alignment and the only thing "off" they've found was rear camber - left was off in positive numbers and right was off in negative numbers.
I've also installed Perrin steering damper. Could it be that?
Another guess would be the springs? I do see that my car is almost always tilted when parked (left side just a tiny bit lower than right - by a few millimeters from what it seems like).
Is that a problem? Or my paranoia just playing with me?

Can you please share a photo of how your wind looks?

From all these codes, I would start looking at the electronic part (control modules, relays, wiring, etc)
From what I remember (from the owners manual) if the battery is dead or if the car is not started to switch gears you have to insert a screw driver somewhere. So I do think that the problem is not with CVT specifically, but rather with communication between the engine, CVT and ECU.

At the dealership now, they can't replicate the noise *eye roll*
I bought whiteline, and will probably have it installed in the spring or if the noise gets worse anyway.
Update: upon further review they heard the noise, said everything in there was tight and blamed my BC coilovers. I'm not convinced. I need to get the front end up in the air and have someone turn the wheel....but the camber bolts are tight too....anyone else running BC COs for a while? Any popping or clunking?
I was chasing similar noise for a while now. Does it make similar noise when you move the steering wheel rapidly when car is stationary?

I would suggest posting it on the Outback forum and or Reddit (r/mechanicadvice)
My guess is that something went wrong with Eyesight.
"The Pre-Collision Braking feature can even apply full braking force in emergency situations" - from Subaru.
I think that's what happened

A little update: recently I've replaced both rear hub assemblies - that didn't fix the issue.
Replaced rear rotors - no change.
Installed lowering springs - and boom! No more pulling to right side.
Now the steering wheel is perfectly centered and absolutely no signs of car pulling to anu side.
I have no idea why though. Maybe while removing everything and putting back it did fix something? Maybe stock springs had issues?
