attach the lower driver side rocker panel on my mother's subaru without going to the stearlerships? pics for reference car in question: driver's side lower rocker panel that I need to attach: vin, if this helps: full view of what i need to attach: one of few that are NOT broken: and there are 3 of these that ARE broken: what have you all used to reattach this part back to the car? i am hoping it's an hour or so of work and NOT require a visit to the stealer...oops, dealership....TIA!
