Guys, need help. Was trying to update my unit but I can get into the service menu at all? Seems to be that the combination of menu and tune buttons does not do anything at all?

I was also looking for the same files to update my unit and I found your post OU9914_USB_1st.exe OU9914_USB_2nd.exe Do you have them? Thanks!
