09 outback 2.5 When making a left turn at like 25mph I feel the traction control activate. No gravel and not slippery. I'm not sure why it would engage unless something is wrong with it. Any input?

I have no heat on the passenger side of my 09 outback 2.5. I know this is common but I cant seem to find anyone with a conclusion to the issue. Help please???
